All sessions will be at TGH Ice Plex in Brandon, FL. Capped at 2 clients per session. 30, 45 or 60 min sessions available.

Plans available based on equipment available to the individual and the amount of attention you want during your workouts, basic list of workouts up to full daily check-in programs are available.
